Zap Recalls Electric Motorcycle Again

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued another recall for the 2008 Zap Xebra. NHTSA issued a recall in 2009 to fix a problem with the brakes. Report Says Motorcycle Deaths Plateaued in 2011

A new report from the Governors Highway Safety Association says that, on average, deaths caused by motorcycle accidents stayed the same from 2010 to 2011 across the country.
