Cedaredge Motorcycle Accident Leaves One Dead

On September 7, a 36-year-old man from Cedaredge, Colorado was killed in a motorcycle accident involving a collision with a deer, according to NBC 11 News. The accident occurred south of Cedaredge on Highway 65. No other vehicles or individuals were reported to have been involved in the fatal motorcycle accident.

The motorcycle the man was riding was a Kawasaki Model ZX6R. As he was riding his bike down Highway 65 on the night of September 7, a deer entered his path causing a collision. The motorcyclist died on the scene, according to the Colorado State Patrol, who was called to the scene at 9:09 p.m. At the time of this report, there was no information on the condition of the deer, and the CSP had yet to release the name of the motorcyclist.
