New York Motorcycle Accident Leaves Three Injured

Three people were injured when a motorcycle and a car crashed into each other in Mount Pleasant, NY, according to luhud.com. The accident happened at the intersection of Saw Mill River Road and Dana Road just before 5 p.m. on September 4. The cause of the accident was still under investigation at the time of this report.

What police know so far is that the motorcycle, carrying a man and a woman, was heading north on Saw Mill River Road when it and an older model sedan collided.

The driver of the car, an Ossining woman, was treated for minor injuries at Westchester Medical Center and released. The motorcyclists, both from Hopewell Junction, were hospitalized with injuries that were serious but not life threatening. As for their vehicles, the sedan sustained heavy front-end damage and the motorcycle was significantly damaged.
